An almost inconceivable mistake made by a minority of glass shop managers, is to
try to use only one glass type per cutting table. In some ways, it is an extension
of the previous mistake above when the glass shop manager sees “mirror pairing” or
“repeat pattern cutting”, as the only problem to be solved.
This mistake may appear the same as Purchasing Mistake 15, but that mistake is made
by company management. This mistake however, is made by glass shop management who
have the right equipment, but refuse to use it properly. The consequences are however
usually the same, causing the company to cease trading one way or another.
